4 firm, ripe peaches

16 slices Prosciutto

Skewers

 

Slice each peach into quarters. No need to peal the peach.

 

Wrap each peach slice with a generous amount of Prosciutto

 

Skewer slices and place directly on medium high grill (approx 3 min each side)

 

Cool slightly and enjoy.
